Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for items that are returned in the same condition they were shipped in. If 30 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you’d like to return an item within this 30-day window, please reach out to us through our Instagram or by email.
If 30 days have gone by since you made your purchase, we reserve the right to decline any return or refund request.
There is no fee to return an item. However, please note that any fees incurred during transportation (such as customs duties or tariffs) are not refundable. You are not responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. If any customs fees are charged to us during the return process, these will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs and any import fees paid when the order was delivered to you will also not be refunded.
Ineligible Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns for gift cards. We will not refund returns that are broken or damaged when they arrive back at our warehouse.
We do accept returns on build to order consoles that have been played for longer than it takes to test the console.
The Process
Once you have notified us of your intent to return an order and provided us with proof of purchase, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and provide you with the appropriate return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 1 business day for this to be processed. We will send you a confirmation email once we have issued the refund.
Safely Packaging and Shipping the Return
To make sure the products arrive safely, it’s important to be mindful about how you package the items you want to return. Wrap the items in bubble wrap or ship them in padded boxes. It is your responsibility to safely package the items you want to return. If the items are damaged due to failure to properly pack and ship the products, we reserve the right to cancel the refund or issue a partial refund. If possible, you are welcome to reuse the padding we shipped the items with.
Batteries must be in boxes. We will not issue a refund for batteries shipped in envelopes.
As previously stated, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees to return the product to us.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds sent to a credit card usually take 3-5 business days to process. If over a week has elapsed since you received our confirmation email, and you still haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
